Checking
Maintenance announcements and incident communication
Monitoring the service and announcing outages rest on four rules.
What do we monitor?
The application's availability and whether the core services respond.
Incident communication
When an outage has an effect, the status on this page is updated and affected organizations are informed.
Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance is announced as far in advance as possible.
Service level
Contractual service levels are set out in the contract.

Your clinic keeps working during an outage
Devices on the clinic network keep working. The Edge Connector puts data coming from a device into an encrypted local queue and sends it without loss or duplication when the connection returns.
When one component of the service goes out, failover takes over and queued work is replayed.
What does each status mean?
Operational
The service is responding and working within the expected time.
Partially affected
The service is responding but slowly; some operations may be delayed.
Outage
The service is not responding. Affected organizations are informed and the status is updated here.
Status unavailable
The status cannot be read right now; this does not necessarily mean an outage. In this state the page never shows operational.
Frequently asked questions about system status
How does this page work?
The service status is fetched when the page opens and refreshed at regular intervals while the page stays open.
What should I do if it says status unavailable?
Refresh in a few minutes. If the problem continues, open a support request from the help center; this state alone does not mean there is an outage.
Is my clinical data lost in an outage?
Devices on your clinic network keep working; the Edge Connector keeps data in an encrypted local queue and sends it without loss or duplication when the connection returns.
What is your service level commitment?
Contractual service levels are set out in the contract.
