Let your team learn starting from its own role
Not everyone learns clinic software from the same place. The front desk starts with appointments and payments, physicians with records and tests, managers with roles and reports. For each role we offer a short path and guides to read alongside it.

Three roles, three starting paths
Front desk
Appointments and calendar, arrival and waiting list, calls and prospective patients, payments.
Physician
Clinical records and examination, specialty workspaces, test orders and results, signature and addenda.
Manager
Roles and permissions, plan and capacity, reporting, multiple branches, data migration and security.
A reading list to get started
The guide articles start with the topics closest to each role's daily work.
- The Benefits, Risks and Selection Criteria of Cloud-Based Healthcare SoftwareWhat do you gain and what should you question when moving from desktop software to a cloud-based clinic system? A checklist on data location, backup, outages and device connectivity.
- Multi-Branch Clinic Management with Central Control and Local FlexibilityRunning several branches as one operation: shared patient records, branch-level cash and stock, role boundaries and consolidated reporting in a practical framework.
- Digital Clinic Management Guide for Moving from Paper to an Orderly FlowGoing digital in a clinic is not buying software; it is rebuilding the workflow. The flow from appointment to payment, and the steps that get skipped during the move.

From trial to go-live with your team
The trial lasts seven days, needs no card and runs on sample data; real patient data is entered after activation. Each role tries its own path in the same trial space.
First open the path that fits your role and read the feature pages; then try your own flow from appointment to payment in the trial space.
Invite the team and give each user a role and branch scope. Live use begins once organization verification, the agreement, plan approval and payment are complete.
