Family medicine software
A family physician knows a patient over years, not over one visit. HekimBis ties the visit record to the care plan, so periodic checks, screenings, vaccinations and chronic follow-up show on each patient's yearly calendar.
The gap between visits is visible in the record too
In primary care, the real work happens between visits: who missed a check-up, which screening is due, which vaccine was postponed. HekimBis prepares the answers before you go looking. Examination, test and medication records are entered during the visit, and reminder, task and recall lists draw from them.
Check intervals are defined by age and risk group. A patient who is due lands on a list, the front desk books the appointment, and when the patient arrives you read from the yearly calendar what is done and what remains.

The daily work of primary care
Periodic check definitions
Check intervals are set by age and risk group, and patients who are due fall onto a list.
Screening and vaccination tracking
Completed and pending procedures are kept with their dates, and the reason for a postponement is recorded.
Chronic patient lists
Patients with a chronic problem such as hypertension or diabetes are filtered from the problem list and ordered by last check date.
Recall and reminders
A patient who does not come receives an appointment reminder and a task is created; communication preferences and quiet hours are respected.
Care plan
Goals, to-dos and responsible people are kept as a plan and shared in the patient portal once the doctor approves.
Referrals and documents
Referrals, reports and information sheets come from templates; a signed document never changes, and a correction is an addendum whose history is kept.
A patient's twelve-month care calendar
Periodic checks, screenings, vaccinations and chronic-disease visits appear with status badges: done, upcoming, overdue, planned. You can filter by age group or list only what is overdue.
Select a month cell: its status is written here.

Names, values and records on screen are examples prepared for illustration.
A morning that starts with the weekly follow-up list
The doctor opens the weekly follow-up list: ten patients whose chronic check is more than three months old, children due for a vaccine this month, and pending screening records sit on separate rows. From the list the doctor selects patients and creates a bulk reminder task while the front desk books appointments. When a patient arrives, the yearly calendar shows what is done and what remains, and the visit is planned to close those gaps.

Family members are linked, files stay separate
Patients with a parent or close relationship can be linked in the same system; each person's file, access rights and consent stay separate. During a visit only the fields needed at that moment are on screen, and the rest is one click away.
- The care plan is shared in the patient portal once the doctor approves
- Overdue patients get an appointment suggestion
- A dictation becomes an AI draft that the doctor approves
- Fields required for national data submission are kept in the core with a versioned mapping
Device flow in primary care
A family practice has few devices, but results flow in constantly. Measurements and test results attach to the patient file automatically.
- Vital sign devices
- Blood pressure, pulse, temperature and saturation readings are carried into the visit.
- Point-of-care tests
- A quick test result is recorded with its unit and time.
- ECG and spirometry
- The report and a measurement summary are added to the patient file.
- Height and weight measurements
- Measurement history is kept for growth and weight tracking.
Common questions about family medicine software
Is there a separate profile for family medicine?
Yes. Family Medicine is one of the defined clinical profiles and adds periodic checks, screening, vaccination and chronic follow-up to the general practice profile. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.
Can I set the intervals in the care calendar?
Your clinic can add its own check definitions and tasks. The safety and clinical rules in the central definition stay in place, so every doctor's screen works with the same safeguards.
How do messages reach patients?
Reminder and appointment messages are sent according to the patient's communication preference and quiet hours; commercial content goes through a separate consent check. Messages carry no health data and contain a secure link.
How does national data submission work?
The fields required for national data submission are kept in the core with a versioned mapping. The submission process is described on the e-Nabız page.
Are my devices supported?
Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. A file from a device that is not on the list is imported with a note that it is not integrated.
