Check-up and Corporate Health
Check-up and corporate health software
A corporate check-up is not one exam but hundreds of people completing the same panel in a short time. HekimBis ties the laboratory, imaging and device surface of the clinical profiles to the corporate agreement: bulk work orders, panel completion tracking, periodic accruals and the corporate report in the same record.

Where everyone stands in their panel is visible at a glance
The challenge in corporate health is that people pass through different stations on different days and at different times: laboratory, imaging, examination. The workspace shows which stage each person's panel is at; a person with a missing station receives a reminder, and the company is given an aggregated completion status.
When a check-up agreement is recorded for a company, the panel items and prices are defined. The employee list comes in through a bulk work order and appointments are spread out; over the following days the panel completion table shows the percentage at each station.
Three workflows in corporate health
- Corporate agreement and service catalog
- Company-specific panel items, prices and the validity period are kept as an agreement.
- Bulk patients and work orders
- The employee list is imported in bulk; patient records and work orders are opened, and duplicate records go to a matching decision.
- Periodic accrual and report
- Periodic accrual is prepared from completed panels; the corporate report covers the defined scope.
The panel completion table shows the company's progress
Rows are the company's groups or days; columns are the stations of the panel: registration, laboratory, imaging, examination, report. Each cell shows the completion percentage at that station and the number of people remaining, and the end of each row carries a total completion bar. When you tap a cell, a reminder task is created for those who are missing. The corporate summary contains no individual results.
Reminder task open: 0
Select an incomplete cell to open a reminder task for the remaining people in that group. The corporate summary contains no individual results.

From the corporate agreement to the corporate report
The corporate agreement is recorded, the employee list comes in through a bulk work order, and panel completion is tracked. At the end of the period, accrual and the corporate report are prepared from completed panels; for a missing panel, a reminder task is opened for the participant.
Corporate report
An aggregated report within the defined scope is given to the company.
- The process is complete here.
All steps
- 01 Corporate agreement (Company) Panel items, prices and validity period are recorded as an agreement.
- 02 Bulk work order (Center) The employee list is taken in bulk; patient records and work orders are opened.
- 03 Panel completion (Stations) Completion is tracked across registration, laboratory, imaging and examination stations.
- 04 Periodic accrual (Finance) Periodic accrual is prepared from completed panels.
- 05 Corporate report (Center) An aggregated report within the defined scope is given to the company.
Alternative path from 03 Panel completion; it returns to the main flow at 03 Panel completion.
- 03a Incomplete panel (Stations) A person with an incomplete station is marked in the list.
- 03b Reminder task (Stations) A secure reminder goes to the participant; the task stays open.
05 Corporate report
Only aggregated information goes to the company
The corporate report covers the scope defined in the agreement: completion at group level and aggregated findings. Individual health results are not shown to the company without role permission, and every access is written to the audit log. Which laboratory, imaging and device surfaces are open depends on the selected clinical profiles and the device compatibility list.
- Completion at group level and aggregated findings
- Individual results are visible only with role permission
- The employee list is previewed before it is imported

Common questions about check-up and corporate health software
Is there a separate definition for check-up and corporate health?
Yes. Check-up and Corporate Health is a cross-cutting operations extension that uses the clinical profiles: corporate agreement, bulk patients and work orders, panel completion, periodic accrual and corporate report. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.
What information goes to the company?
Only the aggregated completion and report information within the defined scope goes to the company. Individual health results are not shown to the company without role permission, and every access is written to the audit log.
How is accrual tracked?
Periodic accrual is prepared from completed panels; accrual and account records are kept inside HekimBis.
How is the employee list uploaded?
The list is taken as a file, the mapping is previewed, and it is imported after a trial run; duplicate records go to a matching decision.
Are my laboratory and imaging devices supported?
Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. A file from a device that is not on the list is imported with a note that it is not integrated.
How are reminders sent to people with missing stations?
Tasks and reminders are created from the panel table for those who are missing; messages carry no health data and are sent according to the person's communication preference.
Can it be used across multiple branches?
Yes. Stations can be at different branches according to branch membership and permission context; the scope of the report is determined by the authorized user.
Which clinical profiles does this definition work with?
It brings together the laboratory, imaging and device surfaces of the selected clinical profiles; which profiles are open depends on your clinic's choice.
