Plastic Surgery
Plastic surgery clinic software
In plastic surgery the decision takes shape in consultation, is carried out in the operating room and is tested at follow-ups. HekimBis connects the three stages in one file: the operation decision card, standard photo angles, pre-operative preparation, the identity of the implant used, consent and follow-up visits.

You look at the patient in consultation and finish the record afterwards
In a consultation you are usually face to face with the patient and want to look at the patient, not the screen. So the record is built to be completed after the consultation: photos are taken and a plan draft is written during the conversation, and the decision card matures later. The same card extends to the pre-operative checklist, the record of material used during the procedure and the follow-up visits.
After taking the photos at standard angles and discussing the operation options, you write the plan on the decision card. The consent text is prepared for the specific procedure, with disclosure and explicit consent as separate records. The preparation checklist is completed before the day of surgery, and the manufacturer, model, lot and serial of the implant used are entered in the record.

The decision card and the standard angle grid side by side
On the left is the operation decision card: site, planned procedure, preparation checklist and the identity of the material to be used (manufacturer, model, lot, serial). On the right is a photo grid of six standard angles; each cell shows empty or filled, and a missing angle is flagged. The card's status moves through draft, approved, done and under follow-up; after signing the card does not change, and a correction is an addendum with its history kept.

Three responsibilities in plastic surgery
Operation plan and preparation
The decision card, the pre-operative checklist and required tests sit together; missing preparation appears as a task before the procedure date.
Implant and material identity
Manufacturer, model, lot and serial are tied to the patient; in a recall, the affected patients can be found.
Quality and incident record
Unexpected events and corrective actions are kept as quality records; a signed record does not change and an addendum is opened.
Follow-up routine after surgery
Follow-up visits are planned automatically from the date of surgery; at each visit the same angles are photographed again and a wound and healing note is added. Results and documents are published in the patient portal once you approve them. Reminders sent to the patient carry no health data.
- A follow-up calendar tied to the surgery date
- Serial photos at the same angles
- Doctor-approved documents in the portal
- Quality and incident record

Photo series from consultation to follow-up
Photos taken from the same angle are shown side by side at consultation, before surgery and at follow-up visits. A separate photo consent is obtained for sharing or promotional use; without a consent record the image stays in the clinical record. The comparison is a clinical follow-up tool.
- Consultation, pre-operative and follow-up images in the same order
- Photo consent is visible in the record
For patients from abroad
Patient surfaces are available in Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian and German, and the team screen runs in Turkish and English. Form and consent translations are approved by people. Remote pre-assessment, quotes and deposits in foreign currency, and travel and accommodation tasks are part of the health tourism capability.

Plastic surgery device and imaging surface
Standard photography is the main source; ultrasound and imaging results are additional sources.
- Standard photography setup
- Photos are added to the grid by angle.
- Ultrasound
- The image and measurement file enter the record.
- Imaging results (X-ray, MRI, CT)
- The report and image link are added to the patient file.
- Barcode reader
- Implant and material labels are scanned.
Common questions about plastic surgery software
Is there a separate profile for plastic surgery?
Yes. Plastic Surgery is one of the defined clinical profiles: zone and procedure plan, photo consent, before and after, the product used and lot with serial. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.
Can patients be found in the event of an implant recall?
Because manufacturer, model, lot and serial are tied to the patient, patients treated with a given lot can be queried; the query works on the records that were kept.
Can photos be shared?
With a separate photo consent they can. Without a consent record the image stays in the clinical record. Every access is written to the audit log.
How is pre-operative information managed?
Disclosure, explicit consent and procedure-specific clinical consent are separate records. The consent text is versioned; a signed consent does not change when a new version is published later.
Can it be used with medical aesthetics and dermatology?
Yes. A clinic can use several packs together, and the patient stays in the same file.
Are my devices supported?
Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. A file from a device that is not on the list is imported with a note that it is not integrated.
