Four types of partnership

Device manufacturer
The connection between your device and HekimBis is tested together at the level of manufacturer, model, protocol and version; once the results are proven, the device can be listed as integrated.
Authorized intermediary
Authorized intermediaries that coordinate patients in health tourism work under a separate external partner identity limited by case, task, purpose and time.
Accounting and consulting
Firms that give clinics setup, process design, financial and regulatory advice can recommend or set up HekimBis for their clients.
Training
Organizations that train clinic teams can include HekimBis in their own programs.

The evidence package kept for a device partnership

A device is listed as integrated once it has been verified with the evidence below. The manufacturer's protocol and interface specification and conformance document are recorded together with the exact model or model family and the device's software or firmware version.

An acceptance scenario showing that patient, order and result match correctly is completed with the results of connection outage, duplicate message and unmatched record cases. Testing is done with the device or the manufacturer's test environment.

The test date and evidence are kept, and a version change requires re-verification.

Intermediaries work with case-scoped authority

An intermediary's access is opened under the clinic's sponsorship and in a narrow scope.

  • Separate identity

    An intermediary is a separate external partner identity, not clinic staff.

  • The clinic's sponsorship

    Every access has a sponsor within the organization, and the sponsor can withdraw it.

  • Case, task, purpose and time

    Authority is limited by case, task, purpose, data field and time, and it ends on its own when the time is up.

  • Closed to begin with

    Export, bulk search, the organization directory, organization-wide finance and clinical record access are closed to begin with; only the required field is opened.

  • Not transferable

    Access cannot be passed on to another case or organization.
