Medical Aesthetics
Aesthetic clinic software
In medical aesthetics, consultation, plan, product and photography are connected: which zone was planned for which procedure, how much of which product, with which lot, and how the result was followed. HekimBis keeps that chain in the same record.

A continuous record from consultation to session
An aesthetic inquiry usually starts with a consultation and spreads across several sessions. The workspace turns the consultation into a plan and the plan into a package and sessions; product and device use fall into the session record, and photos are added at a standard angle. The patient is informed about fees, number of sessions and consent from the same place.
At the end of a consultation you mark three zones on the face map and assign a procedure to each. The plan becomes a three-session package, the quote is explained and consent is obtained. At the first session the lot and serial number of the product used are written to the session record and deducted from stock.
Three workflows of an aesthetic clinic
A multi-session package, remaining sessions and fees sit in the same record; cancellation and refund rules are recorded.
The product used, amount, lot and serial number are written to the session; in a recall, procedures tied to the lot can be found.
The session summary and measurement output of a treatment device are added to the record as files; verified device entries connect directly.
Zone, procedure, product and lot on the same map
Zones are selected on the face and body map; beside each zone are listed the planned procedure, product, amount and session number. When a session is completed, the lot and serial number of the product used are written to the record, and zones treated earlier appear in a different color on the map. By moving the map across sessions you follow how the plan progressed.

Before and after with photo consent
Photos taken against a standard background and angle are compared in session order. Photos serve the clinical record; a separate photo consent is obtained for sharing or promotional use, and without a consent record the image is not offered for sharing.
- Images from sessions 1, 2 and 3 are compared in order
- Photo consent is visible in the record
- The comparison serves clinical follow-up
For patients from abroad
Patient surfaces are available in Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian and German, and the team screen runs in Turkish and English. Form and consent translations are approved by people. Quotes and deposits in foreign currency, and agency and interpreter permissions, are part of the health tourism capability.

Aesthetic device surface
The imaging and treatment devices of an aesthetic clinic connect to the session record as outputs.
- Standard photography setup
- Photos are added to the series in order.
- Ultrasound
- The image and measurement file enter the record.
- Treatment devices (laser, radiofrequency and similar)
- The session summary and measurements are transferred.
- Barcode reader
- The product label is scanned, and lot and serial are written to the record.

Common questions about aesthetic clinic software
Is there a separate profile for medical aesthetics?
Yes. Medical Aesthetics is one of the defined clinical profiles: zone and procedure plan, packages and sessions, photo consent, before and after, product and lot with serial records. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.
Which organizations is it designed for?
The profile is defined for licensed clinics operating as health institutions. Physician responsibility and the scope of the license belong to the clinic.
Is lot and serial recording mandatory?
Your clinic defines for which procedures it is required; once defined, a session cannot be completed without a lot and serial number. That keeps product traceability intact.
Do device sessions arrive from my device automatically?
Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. The session summary of other devices is added as a file or by hand and marked as not integrated.
Can it be used together with dermatology and plastic surgery?
Yes. A clinic can use several packs together, and the patient stays in the same file.
What happens to the image of a patient without photo consent?
The image stays in the clinical record only and is not offered for sharing or promotion. If consent is given later, it is entered as a new consent entry; if withdrawn, its effect is reflected in the record.
What happens if a package is cancelled?
Remaining sessions, the amount paid and the refund rule appear in the package record; refunds and cancellations are tracked with a reason. Cash and account records draw from the same transaction.
