Dietitian practice software

In nutrition counseling the result shows not in a single consultation but in measurements and compliance over weeks. HekimBis ties anthropometric measurements to a chart, the goal to the meal plan, and the plan to sessions and packages, and opens the client's progress on the same card at every consultation.

Time goes to the client, not to entering measurements

In a dietitian's practice, time should not go to entering measurements. Readings from the body analyzer and scale are carried into the record or entered by hand, the chart updates at once, and the rest of the consultation goes to the goal and the plan.

The client stays on one card with their whole history. Meal plans are built from templates and customized for the client; once you approve a plan, it is published in the client's portal.

Three routines of a dietitian's practice

  • Meal plan

Plans are created from templates and customized per client; every change is versioned.

  • Package and session

Package balance, session date and payment are in the same record; reminders and cancellation rules are defined.

  • Compliance tracking

Client feedback and the course of measurements are followed together; a client who does not come generates a task.

  • Portal and documents

Plans and documents you approve are published in the client portal; reminder messages carry no health data.

Measurements are read together with the goal line

Weight, waist circumference and the values from the body analyzer (fat, muscle, water) are drawn along a time axis with the goal band in the background. Select a measurement and that day's meal plan, compliance note and the person who measured open. Readings from the device and values entered by hand are shown with different marks.

From the first meeting to a sustainable plan

  1. First consultation and measurement

Anthropometry, history and habits enter the record.

  2. Goal

Measurable goals and a time frame are set.

  3. Meal plan

The plan is created and shared after approval.

  4. Follow-up sessions

Measurement, a compliance note and plan adjustments are made.

  5. Compliance review

The course of compliance is read together with the goal.

  6. Revision or closure

The plan is renewed or the package is closed.

A weekly follow-up session

The client who comes for weekly follow-up steps on the scale and has a body analysis. The measurements land in the record and the weight chart shows where they stand against the goal line. You write the compliance note, make two changes to the meal plan, and one session is deducted from the package. After your approval the plan is published in the client's portal, and a reminder for the next session goes out as a message with no health data.

Measurement devices

A dietitian's device surface is the body analyzer and the scale; to keep measurements reliable, the source is always marked.

Common questions about dietitian practice software

FAQ
Is there a separate profile for dietitians?

Yes. Dietitian is one of the defined clinical profiles: anthropometry, goal, meal and nutrition plan, measurement charts, packages and sessions, and compliance tracking. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.

Is my body analyzer supported?

Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. A measurement from a device that is not on the list is entered by hand or taken as a file and recorded as not integrated.

Can clients see their own plan?

Plans and documents you approve are published in the client portal. Notifications carry no health data.

Are package sales and payment tracking included?

The package balance and payment are kept in the same record, and an online payment link can be used.

Can it be used for clients who also work with a physician?

To the extent permissions and care relationships are defined, the physician and the dietitian reach the same client record with their own roles, and every access is written to the audit log.

Can meal plan templates be specific to my clinic?

Yes. Your clinic can add its own templates, fields and tasks. The safety fields and clinical rules in the central definition stay in place.

Who can see a client's measurement data?

Access is limited by role, branch and care relationship, and every access is written to the audit log. Measurements and plans are protected as sensitive data tied to the client's file.
