Payment security
Your card details are on the payment page, not with us
You pay for your subscription on a secure page hosted by the payment provider. HekimBis does not see or store the card number, the expiry date or the security code; it receives only the amount, the invoice reference, and the result and status of the payment.

Four layers that protect your payment
- Card data is not stored
- Card details are entered only on the payment provider's page; they never reach HekimBis's systems, records or support tools.
- Hosted payment page
- Payment is taken outside HekimBis's own system, on a page hosted by the payment provider.
- Verified result
- A payment result is processed after verifying that the notification really came from the payment provider and that the amount matches.
- Invoice and record
- Invoice details and a payment record are kept for every payment.
From choosing a plan to activation
A plan is chosen, payment is made on the hosted page, the result is verified and the subscription activates. Even on a failed renewal, access to clinical records stays open.
Active subscription
The invoice and payment record are visible.
- The process is complete here.
All steps
- 01 Plan choice (Account owner) A plan and billing period (monthly or yearly) are chosen.
- 02 Hosted payment (Payment page) Card details are entered only on the payment page.
- 03 Verification (HekimBis) The result's source and the amount are verified.
- 04 Plan activation (HekimBis) Plan limits activate in a single step.
- 05 Active subscription (Account owner) The invoice and payment record are visible.
Alternative path from 03 Verification; it returns to the main flow at 04 Plan activation.
- 03a Payment failed (HekimBis) The renewal could not be collected.
- 03b Notice and retry (HekimBis) The administrator is notified and payment is retried.
- 03c Grace period (HekimBis) Use continues. After it, new paid usage may stop in a controlled way; access to clinical records is not shut off.

Your data does not move when you change plans
When you move up a plan, the new limits open immediately and existing records keep working as they are. A move down applies at the end of the period; scope above the limit closes for new work, while past records and export are kept.
Plan limits are versioned, and changes apply from their effective date. A plan is chosen with a monthly or yearly term; price and discount information appears only in the published price list. The payment steps are the same for both terms.
The organization's administrator reaches the invoice details and payment record for every payment in the subscription settings.
Access to clinical records stays open on a failed renewal
When a renewal cannot be collected, the process moves through four steps. At every step, secure access to existing clinical records, required maintenance and reporting, and authorized export stay open.
- 1
The renewal cannot be collected
The process begins when the subscription renewal payment cannot be collected.
- 2
Notification and retry
You receive a notification and the payment is retried.
- 3
Grace period
Use continues during the grace period.
- 4
New paid use pauses
After the grace period, new paid use pauses in a controlled way; access to existing clinical records and export of your data stay open.
