About us

We write HekimBis by watching a clinic's day

A clinic's day is split between appointments, examinations, tests, documents, payments and patient communication. HekimBis is the clinic management software built to run all of it on one patient file with one set of security rules.

HekimBis is developed and operated by MTY, based in Mersin.

A software team holds a short stand-up meeting in a sunlit office.
Engineers and a clinical advisor sketch a workflow on a whiteboard.

The patient file is the shared workspace of every team

Physicians, front desk, accounts and laboratory staff do different work for the same patient. HekimBis gives each team its own screen, and all of them write to and read from the same patient file.

Appointments, clinical records, test results, documents, payments and patient messages are kept as events in the patient's file instead of separate records. When a piece of information changes, who changed it, when and why stays on record.

A single-physician practice, a clinic with several branches and a diagnostic center use the same product. When your plan grows, your data does not move; existing records keep working with the new capacity.

FeaturesSolutions

The principles behind the product

Every feature is designed to stay within three rules.

The data belongs to the clinic
The clinic owns its patient data. An authorized user can export all of it securely, and lowering or ending a plan never deletes it.
The physician makes the clinical decision
The AI assistant prepares dictation, notes and summary drafts; the physician approves and signs the record. Source, output and every change are kept on record.
Scope and pricing are plain
The capacity of the Lite, Pro and Clinic plans is laid out in a table on the pricing page. The trial lasts seven days, needs no card and runs on sample data.

Which parts of a clinic's work does HekimBis run?

Four work areas operate on the same patient record; nothing is re-entered when you move from one to another.

  • Patients and appointments

The patient card, prospective patient tracking, appointments and calendar, front desk and arrival, patient communication, the patient portal and online visits work in this area.

    Appointments and calendar
  • Clinical and diagnostics

Clinical records, treatment plans, specialty workspaces, forms and consents, imaging, laboratory, device connections and national data submission come together on the physician's screen.

    Clinical records
  • Finance and operations

Charges and payments, stock and purchasing, staff and tasks, automation and reporting run the clinic's day-to-day operation.

    Finance and billing
  • Platform

Roles and permissions, the multi-branch structure, data migration, the mobile app and the AI assistant form the shared layer under the other three areas.

Which sizes of clinic use it?

The same product is used at four sizes, and the plans are separated by those sizes.

Single-physician practice
The calendar, the patient file and payments are ready from day one. No installation or server is needed.
Clinic and polyclinic
In a branch where several physicians work, the front desk, room calendar, cash desk and physician earnings are managed together.
Multi-branch clinic
A call center books appointments for every branch. Permissions, stock and finance are separated by branch and brought together at headquarters.
Diagnostic center
Imaging and laboratory orders, device results and reports come together on the patient file.

How it worksData migration

Sign-up takes two steps: your e-mail and phone are verified first, then you enter business and invoice details and the seven-day trial begins. The trial runs on sample data, needs no card, and when it ends your account does not move to a paid plan on its own.

Real patient data is entered after your organization is verified and activation is complete. Records from your current program are imported from CSV, Excel and defined legacy system files through preview, a trial import and reconciliation.

When your plan grows, your data does not move; existing records keep working with the new capacity.
