IVF
IVF center software
IVF treatment is not a visit but a cycle that moves day by day, and every day has a medication, a measurement and a decision. The HekimBis IVF profile keeps the cycle, the medication protocol and the sample and embryo chain in the laboratory in the same record.

The right sample is matched to the right person
In an embryology laboratory, the most important safeguard is that the right sample matches the right person. The profile makes identity and label checks visible at every step and records who did the work and when. The center's physician, nurse and embryologist look at the same cycle record with their own permissions.
The IVF profile is a definition independent of the OB/GYN profile, and the same clinic can use both. Each person's file, consent and access stay separate.
The center's three responsibilities
Clinical cycle management
Cycle days, follow-up visits, measurements and decision notes build up on the same timeline.
Medication protocol
The protocol, doses and changes are kept with their dates; medication safety warnings appear as you prescribe.
Sample and embryo traceability
Every sample and embryo is tracked by identity, label and status; a record that does not match the patient falls to human review.
The cycle is followed in three strips on one time axis
At the top are cycle days and measurements, in the middle the medication protocol (drug, dose and change marks), and at the bottom the sample and embryo traceability strip. The strip shows the identity, time and operator of every step from sample to embryo and on to transfer or storage. Select an identity and its whole history opens.

The stages of a cycle
Assessment and plan
Referral, history, goal and protocol choice are entered.
Stimulation period
The medication protocol and daily follow-up records are processed.
Sample collection and laboratory
Samples move to the laboratory with their identity.
Embryo period
Embryo records and laboratory notes are followed.
Transfer or storage
The decision and the procedure attach to the record.
Outcome and follow-up
A check-up and plan are created for what comes next.
Day seven of stimulation
On day seven of stimulation the patient comes for a monitoring visit. You see the medication protocol, earlier measurements and the day's decision on the timeline, and you record the dose change. On the laboratory side, a label is created when a sample is collected and the embryo record is bound to that identity. When a mismatched record is found, the process stops and a human check is required.

The clinical record and the laboratory record are connected
The profile joins the center's clinical record and the embryology laboratory's record in the same cycle. Device data comes through entries verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version; results of other devices are added as files or by hand and their source is marked. Your clinic determines the center's license and scope of activity.
- Label creation and identity checks are visible at every step
- The person who did the work and the time are recorded
- Barcode reader and label printer connect to sample and embryo labels
Common questions about IVF center software
Is there a separate definition for IVF?
Yes. IVF is an independent extension in the women's health family: cycle management, medication protocol, and sample and embryo traceability. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.
How does it relate to the OB/GYN profile?
The IVF profile works independently, and the same clinic can use it together with the OB/GYN profile. The patient stays in the same file.
What happens to a mismatched sample?
When an identity mismatch is found, the process stops, the record falls to human review, and the reason is recorded.
How is partner information kept?
Each person's file, consent and access stay separate; the relationship is written to the record depending on the person's own consent. Disclosure, explicit consent and clinical consent are separate records.
Can it be used for international couples?
Health tourism is a shared capability independent of packages: multilingual communication, quotes in foreign currency and agency coordination. The treatment journey is built on this profile.
