GETAT

GETAT clinic software

In traditional and complementary medicine, the record has to make clear which practice was applied to which region, with which material and in which session. HekimBis keeps the practice type, procedure and session, region, material lot and serial, procedure-specific consent and follow-up on the same card.

The procedure looks small, the record chain is long

In GETAT practice the procedure may look small, but the record chain is long: consent for the practice, the sterile material used, the region where it was applied, the order of the session and follow-up. The workspace gathers the chain on one short card and ties material traceability to the moment of the procedure.

When you open the card of a patient who arrives with a session package, the practice type, region and session number are already planned; procedure-specific consent stands as a separate record. The lot and serial number of the sterile material used during the session are entered on the card and deducted from stock. If a problem is reported with a material, the patients treated with that lot can be found.

The procedure and material card completes the session

The card has three parts. At the top are the practice type, region and session order (for example a six-session plan, third session). In the middle, the materials used in this session are listed: name, amount, lot and serial number, expiry date. At the bottom are the consent status and the session note. A session cannot be closed if the material record is missing; past sessions open from the card on a timeline.

Three jobs of a GETAT clinic

Practice and session plan
The authorized practice type, region and number of sessions are kept as a plan; remaining sessions and payment are in the same record.
Material lot and serial traceability
The lot and serial of the material used are written to the session; for a problem lot, the affected patients can be found.
Consent and follow-up
Procedure-specific consent is a separate record; disclosure and explicit consent are separate too. The follow-up reminder goes out according to the patient's communication preference.

How a session package progresses

  1. Practice plan

The practice type, region and number of sessions are set.

  2. Procedure-specific consent

Clinical consent, separate from disclosure and explicit consent, is obtained.

  3. Session

The practice is performed and the session order is recorded.

  4. Material record

The lot and serial number of the material used are entered on the card.

  5. Session note and follow-up

A note is written and the next session and follow-up reminder are planned.

Practice types open according to the institution's service scope

The GETAT profile activates practice types according to the institution's license and service scope. The institution's authorization document and service scope belong to the clinic and are managed in settings; only the practice types you are authorized for open as appointments and procedures.

  • Practice types match the service scope
  • Authorization details are managed in settings
  • Material lot recording is mandatory for the procedures your clinic defines

Common questions about GETAT software

FAQ
Is there a separate profile for GETAT?

Yes. GETAT is an independently defined extension tied to the license and service scope: practice type, procedure and session, region, material, lot and serial, consent and follow-up. It is versioned and passes two separate clinical sign-offs before release.

Which practices can be performed?

That depends on your institution's license and service scope. The profile opens only the practice types the institution is authorized for.

Is material lot recording mandatory?

Your clinic defines for which practices it is required; once defined, a session cannot be closed without a lot and serial number. That way, in a problem lot, the affected patients can be found.

Do device sessions arrive automatically?

Device connections are verified per manufacturer, exact model, protocol and version, and the verified ones are listed. The session summary of other devices is taken as a file or entered by hand and marked as not integrated.

How is consent kept?

Disclosure, explicit consent and procedure-specific clinical consent are separate records. The consent text is versioned; a signed consent does not change later.

Are session packages and payment tracking included?

The package balance, remaining sessions and payment are kept in the same record; refunds and cancellations are tracked with a reason.

Can the patient see their own session plan?

The plan and documents the practitioner approves are published in the patient portal. Notifications carry no health data.

Can it be used for international patients?

Health tourism is a shared capability independent of packages; practice types open according to the institution's service scope.
