How HekimBis works

You do not need an installation or a server to start. Sign-up takes two steps, and once your email and phone are verified a seven-day trial begins in a separate workspace that runs on sample data; when you are ready, you verify your organization and move on to real patient data.

No card details are needed for the trial.

The trial workspace follows the same rules as the real product

The trial workspace is not a separate demo copy of the product. The same rules and authorization as the real product run in it, only the data is sample data; because the workspace runs with the capacity of the Lite plan, you see how the product behaves without touching a real patient's information.

When the time is up, your account does not move to a paid plan or any other plan on its own. The trial workspace stays in view-only mode, and the sample data is deleted at the end of a thirty-day waiting period with a destruction record kept.

What to do in seven days

The trial is short, so it helps to choose up front what you most want to learn. The order below lets you see a clinic's core work end to end on sample data; you can go in any order you like.

Compare the plansBrowse the features

  1. Day1

    Set up the schedule

Define physicians, rooms and appointment types; book a sample patient and watch the confirmation flow.

  2. Day2

    Explore the patient file

Walk through the patient card, duplicate matching and the timeline, and compare them with how you record patients today.

  3. Day3

    Write a clinical record

Try the draft, autosave, sign-off and lock flow on the exam screen. Choose the profile that fits your specialty.

  4. Day4

    Try forms and consent

See with sample forms why the privacy notice, explicit consent and clinical consent are separate records.

  5. Day5

    Close the payment

Move from a treatment plan to a quote, a charge and a payment; look at the cash register and physician earnings view.

  6. Day6

    Review roles and reports

See what each role on your team will see, and look at the management reports.

  7. Day7

    Decision day

Look together at which plan fits your work and at the data migration plan. Request a demo if you like.

When you are ready, you move to working with real patient data

Moving to paid use is an explicit decision. Your organization and your authority to represent it are verified, and the contract, privacy notice and data processing records are completed. Then you approve your plan and plan version, activate payment and assign owners for roles, branches, retention, backups and support.

Your account, organization details and the settings you approve carry over to the production workspace; sample patient, encounter and finance records stay in the trial workspace, so real use starts in a clean workspace.

Bring your existing data over with a dry run

If you are coming from another program, you do not upload your records blindly in one go. The source file is mapped first; before anything is written, the system runs a dry run and reports errors. Once the problems are fixed, the import runs, and running the same file again does not create duplicate records. At the end, counts, totals and a sample check reconcile the result.

  • CSV, Excel and defined formats from your previous system
  • A matching decision for duplicate patients
  • Source tracking, meaning where each record came from, is kept

Data migration is done in the production workspace after activation. For large or complex migrations, a custom data migration service is offered as an add-on.

Frequently asked questions about getting started

What do I need to sign up?

First your first name, last name, email, mobile phone and password; then the business type, legal name, tax details, billing address and the statement that you are authorized to represent the business. You do not need to enter card details or patient data when you sign up. The privacy notice and the terms of service are shown separately, and consent to commercial electronic messages is not required to register.

When does the trial start, and how long does it last?

It starts once the second step is complete and your email and phone are verified, and it runs for 7 × 24 hours without interruption. The start and end times are shown to you in your own time zone.

What data do I work with during the trial?

The trial runs on sample data, so you do not need to enter real patient data. Real patient data is accepted in the production workspace once the move to paid use is complete.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your account does not move to a paid plan or any other plan on its own. The trial workspace stays in view-only mode; the sample data is deleted at the end of a thirty-day waiting period and a destruction record is kept. To move to paid use you complete the steps described above.

How do I move to paid use?

Your organization and authority to represent it are verified, the contract and privacy records are completed, the plan and plan version are approved, payment is activated, and owners are assigned for roles, branches, retention, backups and support. If you will use a regulated capability, its license or registration step is completed separately.

How do I move my data from another program?

Your source file is mapped, a dry run is made and an error report is produced; once problems are fixed the import runs and the result is reconciled by counts, totals and a sample. Running the same file again does not create duplicate records. Import is done in the production workspace after activation.
