Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies the site uses, for what purpose, and how long they are kept. It also describes the source cookie that records which campaign a visit came from; you can change your preferences at any time.

2. Our approach

The HekimBis website works with a "zero cookies" default. Our site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. When you arrive directly, without a campaign link, no cookie is set in your browser.

When you reach the site through an advertisement, email or another campaign link, the link may contain parameters identifying the campaign (such as source, medium or campaign name). Only when you arrive through such a link is a single cookie set, to help us understand where your request came from.

The cookie is read on the server when you submit a contact or demo form and is stored with your request as campaign-source information. If you do not submit the form, we do not use the cookie content for any other purpose. First-contact information is preserved; if the same person later arrives from another campaign, the last-contact information is updated.

Legal basis. The campaign-source cookie rests on our legitimate interest in understanding the source of your request; the cookie is designed to hold the minimum data so as not to harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. If you do not want this cookie to be set, you can block or delete it with the methods below; site functions are not affected.

4. How do you manage cookies?

Browser settings: Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. If you block or delete first-party cookies, the campaign-source cookie is not set or is removed.
Opt-out route: If you reach the site directly from the address bar rather than through a campaign link, no cookie is set.
Private window: In private browsing mode the cookie is deleted when the window closes.

5. Application (session) cookies

In the application used after you sign in to your account, cookies required for running your session securely may be used. These are necessary for the application to work and are explained separately inside the application. This policy covers cookie use on the marketing website.

6. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites such as payment or social networks. When you go to those sites, their cookie policies apply; we are not responsible for the cookie practices of those sites.

7. Your rights over your data

Information collected through the cookie becomes personal data when combined with a contact request and is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice. To use your KVKK rights you can use the application methods in that text. You can send questions about cookies to [email protected].

8. Changes

This policy is updated when the cookies we use or legislation change. If a new type of cookie is to be added, it is announced on this page and, if needed, by a notice on the site before it is used.
