1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern the usage terms of the HekimBis clinic management platform developed and operated by MTY Teknoloji A.Ş. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

HekimBis is a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides healthcare facilities with patient management, appointment systems, examination records, prescription management, billing, reporting and AI-powered clinical tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. You will be responsible for all transactions performed through your account. You should immediately notify us if you detect unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Billing starts on your selected plan after the 7-day free trial period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The HekimBis platform, software, design, logo and all content are the intellectual property of MTY Teknoloji A.Ş. Unauthorized copying, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.
