1. Data Controller

Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by MTY Teknoloji A.Ş. as the data controller for the purposes explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity information (name, surname, national ID, date of birth), contact information (phone, email, address), health data (examination information, diagnosis, prescriptions, allergies, vital signs), financial information (invoices, payment information) and digital data (IP address, cookie information, session logs) are processed.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of contract performance, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and explicit consent. Health data is processed for the purpose of providing healthcare services within the scope of Article 6 of Law No. 6698.

4. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions within the framework of legal obligations, to MTY Cloud infrastructure for service delivery, and to contracted payment institutions for payment transactions. All transfers are carried out within the framework of security measures stipulated by KVKK.

5. Data Subject Rights

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification to third parties, object and request compensation for damages.
